Pushy salesman. I wanted a Nikon camera, pretty much like the one I have. But kept telling me how great the Sony is. I didn't want a Sony. I cannot figure it out. Everytime I would tell him that I wanted the Nikon he'd go into his song and dance about the Sony. Now I have a Sony that I cannot use. And if I take it back I will lose 15% for a restocking fee. I don't know why when a customer comes in and tells the salesman what they want, why they have to try and talk you out of what you really want. I feel like the biggest buffoon on earth. And I'm sure after what I just got done reading, no one will do anything for me. Best Buy needs to read these posts and do better with their customer service. I am not saying, even though it should hold up, a little, the old saying of the"customer is always right," it should go with out saying, listen to what the customer wants, not what the salesman wants the customer to think they want. $800.00 later and a camera I might never use. All of these bad reviews aren't helpful in keeping a business afloat, especially right now.
