Produkt ist schön. Bestellung kam leider zu spät. Auf Anfrage, warum die Bestellung nicht, wie zugesagt, geliefert wurde und warum man darüber keine Information bekommt, dass sie sich verspätet, stellte sich heraus, dass die Bestellung nicht bearbeitet war. Es konnte mir auch kein Grund genannt werden, warum das so ist. Leider kam das Geburtstagsgeschenk ca. 1 Woche später, als es bei Bestellung zugesagt wurde und das lag nicht an der Post. Für diese Preisklasse wirkt das unprofessionell.
