Das Produkt ist top und wie beschrieben.
Ich habe jedoch versucht den Kundenservice zu erreichen, dort sagte man auf Band, dass dieser im Urlaub sei. Meiner Meinung nach sollte eine Vertretung möglich sein, so dass der Kunde mit seinen Fragen nicht noch 2 Wochen auf die Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub warten muss.
