Grundsätzlich bin ich mit den Produkten sehr zufrieden und habe auch bereits mehrfach bei Ihnen bestellt. Leider kam die Lieferung dieses Mal mit erheblicher Verspätung bei uns an, was ich sehr bedauerlich fand und uns verärgert hat. Außerdem konnte ich unter der angegebenen Hotline-Nummer niemanden erreichen, obwohl ich es zu verschiedenen Zeiten mehrfach versucht habe.
