Das Produkt gefällt und gut und die Verpackung ist auch schön. Leider hat der Versand 4 Wochen gedauert ohne irgendeine Zwischeninfo. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice, der nur per Email erreichbar war, gab es ebenfalls erst am Versandtag eine Antwort. Dass durch den Black Friday und Weihnachten die Bestellungen zunehmen, dafür hat jeder Verständnis, aber dann muss man die Kunden wenigstens informieren oder sich anderweitig erkenntlich zeigen. Leider ist beides nicht geschehen.
