Für drei Kerzen und fast € 200 haben wir schlechte Qualität erhalten, teils ungeeignet für den Indoor Einsatz und keine Reaktion vom sogenannten Kundenservice!
Leider ist auf mehrfache Nachfrage an den Kundenservice (?) nicht einmal eine Antwort gekommen!
Sehr enttäuschend, da wir schon viele Produkte bei der Firma Betolz gekauft haben und bisher auch immer zufrieden waren.
