So sehr mir die Kerze optisch gefällt, so schlecht ist sie in der Funktion. Die Flamme ist zu groß und rußt sehr stark. Schade!
Noch schlechter ist leider der Kundenservice. Auf Rückfragen wird gar nicht geantwortet (4 Wochen lang!), und auch meine retourenanfrage ist seit anderthalb Wochen ohne Bearbeitung. Das finde ich extrem ärgerlich, dafür, dass man so viel Geld für die Produkte bezahlt.
Vielleicht meldet sich ja mal jemand bei mir, dazu einfach mal in die offenen Tickets schauen….
