Am 10.01. einen personalisierten Hundenapf bestellt. Als Lieferdauer wurden 6-8 Wochen angegeben. Nach 8 Wochen freundlich per Mail nachgefragt. Zwei Wochen später noch immer keine Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar (habe es mehrfach versucht).
Unklar, ob es sich hier um eine echte Firma oder Fake handelt. Ich bin enttäuscht!
