Die Firma ist offenbar etwas überlastet. Kundenanfragen dauern ewig. Es wird zwar auf durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeiten von Anfragen von 6 Tagen hingewiesen, real sind aber eher 2-3 Wochen. In meinem Fall bin ich jetzt nach 4 Monaten immer noch in der "Warteschleife". Was gut funktioniert ist der Versand von Marketingmails und "Wie-zufrieden-sind-sie-mit-Ihrem-Produkt"-mails.
