Wrong item/colour delivered. No response from customer service other than their automated replies. Now reporting to Paypal for full refund. Either the company is overwhelmed, gone on vacation or a case of get your money, send something and ignore afterwards. Which is a little sad. The products are outstanding. But it is their customer service and aftercare that is letting the whole experience down.
