I signed up, hoping that the exercises were customized per the questionaire that I filled out. The exercises were NOT tailored to my questionaire. I paid for the meal plan. The meals were just pushed to you to prepare right now with no information about what you needed to have in your pantry. I requested a refund, they asked to see my receipts. I sent screen shots of the receipts and they have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting an email since. I requested this refund within 48 hours of purchasing the app and meal plan. I sent the requested screen shots of the receipts. I STRONGLY suggest that you do not purchase this app. I am still waiting for someone to respnd to my request for a refund on the meal plan that I cannot use and the exercise plan.
