DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP
I have used the app and decided it was not for me. I went through the cancellation process, which is sending them an email according to a specific template. It took them 5 months to get back to me (as I see from the other reviews it is pretty standard they reply late, I wonder if it is on purpose to charge people..) meanwhile they kept charging me.
When they finally got back to me after 5 months, they refused to refund me for the 5 months they kept charging.
Horrible customer service from them as they kept referring to their terms and conditions and sending emails that made no sense. While their T&C clearly states that “ Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us and the App Stores to charge you for the renewal term." By sending them a cancellation email I haven’t authorize them to charge my credit card.
In the end they’ve decided to “exceptionally” refund me for a month but because it took them 5 months to get back to me I had decided to cancel my credit card to stop the payment, and now they are saying that they can only pay the original credit card..
Long story short this app has a very poor customer service and very questionable issue resolution practices.
