It's versatile to your ability and offers more than just pilates, such as meal planning with recipes included!!!, meal tracking, yoga, stretching, work out dancing, boxing and much more! That is the part I love the most about BetterMe, you can choose from over 50 different training types that have multiple videos in each category that you can access any time while in your plan. I emailed the customer service team to help me change my daily workout. Not only did they respond efficiently, they changed it for me on their end so I didn't need to! Definitely give this app a go.
