I tried to cancel on final day of trial as hadn't realised further payments would be taken. I stopped using the app after day 5 as not suitable for me. They wouldn't refund the payment taken on the final day but agreed to refund half which was better than nothing but still a little disappointing. Make sure you read fully when signing up
