Due to health issues, I could not continue the program. The customer rep was very compassionate and understood my situation. Not only that but they offer me a lower subscription for when I could come back. That means a lot for me. That’s a company that cares for you not for your pocket. I will definitely come back as soon as my doctor okays it and as soon as I feel better. Thank you very much for your understanding.
