Ordered a number of items after a friend recommended BHFO. Huge mistake. Most items were damaged and/or dirty. While they claim to accept returns (the only reason I risked purchasing anything in the first place), what they don’t tell you is you must pay for a return shipping label for EACH ITEM in an order, as opposed to a single label per order. Further, they make no exceptions for damaged items and their customer service is possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. That’s saying a lot these days. All told, it cost me $125 to return $400 worth of clothing, 90% of which was damaged or dirty to the point it was unwearable. Complete scam. Never again.
