“My first site purchase was two pairs of shoes. One sent was the wrong color so that was going to be an immediate return and the other was made irregular/manufacturer flaw but was a final return (so money lost). The return on the wrong color only offered store credit. That was fine but when I reordered two more pairs of shoes and a pair of spanx undies this time I learned that final sale means it's an irregular fit. I guess so many people have returned it due to it being sized wrong instead of them just saying it runs small or is size flawed they just list it as a final sale. And the spanx although new, it would have been nice to know they were not sealed so I don't know if they've been tried on or what.”
“They sent me the wrong shoes. They didn't send a return label. They showed a return label on an email. So I would have to print it out.
I replied I don't have access to a printer and aren't you suppose to send it with the order??
They replied with a generic email saying my time expired to return.
So now I have a pair of shoes I don't want.
It's their mistakes all the way around.
I wouldn't order from them again.
They can't even send the item that was ordered.

“Would never order from this site again. I ordered a pair of shoes at 4:35am and realized I ordered the wrong ones! My mistake. I asked to cancel the order 3 mins later and was declined! The shoes were shipped three days later and I kept asking way the order could not had been canceled. The reply was they were having trouble canceling orders through Ebay!! Now the shoes have arrived and it will cost me shipping to return the shoes. Worst experience I ecer had with a seller on EBay.”
“I literally rarely ever leave reviews but this one is necessary. Absolutely horrible service very deceptive. SCAM SITE. Communicated through phone and email with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you have an issues good luck getting them addressed - they’re very rude and give generic answers. I will contacting a company that they distribute for to ensure they know how their service is being provided with their products. “I am 70 yrs and have been shopping with this site for years recently they have become poor with their packing which has cost me lots of money to fix. I just received the box that I spent $187.00 on and found the same situation. clothes stuffed in a small box that can not be ironed but has to go to cleaners to fix and also box is so flimsy with one strip of basic scotch tape that came loose again and box exposed. the clothing must go to cleaners again and two times are missing. I want to warn shoppers like myself to be aware of this site. They do not value shoppers like myself and don't mind loosing us.”
“I have shopped with BHFO for quite some time. But things have changed a lot now. As stated in previous reviews they have poor customer service. Three orders in a row I received an incorrect item. Packaging was terrible and messy. When I contacted them I received a sarcastic reply letting me know that they are a small company, they are humans who make mistakes, and to expect subpar service because they are cutting corners to try and keep prices low. I mainly shop their shoes, and the quality of the items is good. I've been pleased with that. Just know to expect poor customer service and possible wrong items.”

“They sent the wrong size of a hoodie. When I called they asked for a screenshot to be emailed and never heard back. I called back 10 days later and they won't admit they sent the wrong size and will accept a return and I have to pay for the shipping. No exchanges I would have to re-purchase and pay a 3rd time for shipping. Their excuse we have no proof in your cart, obviously the item is no longer there, it was processed. Ridiculous!”
“Ordered a number of items after a friend recommended BHFO. Huge mistake. Most items were damaged and/or dirty. While they claim to accept returns (the only reason I risked purchasing anything in the first place), what they don’t tell you is you must pay for a return shipping label for EACH ITEM in an order, as opposed to a single label per order. Further, they make no exceptions for damaged items and their customer service is possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. That’s saying a lot these days. All told, it cost me $125 to return $400 worth of clothing, 90% of which was damaged or dirty to the point it was unwearable. Complete scam. Never again.”
“I have purchased 2 pair of Florsheim shoes from BHFO. They were rated as used but you would not know it. If I would of paid retail for the shoes I would of paid $300. Buying from BHFO I paid $120.”
“Not for me … I bought a few products from them… they sell on others website as well like shop premium outlets and sometimes they have the same product listed on bought website but with different prices so I ordered a dress on BHFO website and a minute later I saw the same dress at $20 dollars less on shop premium I emailed BHFO for price matching since I thought it was not fair and they refused to do price matching… it wasn't a big price difference that's why you would expect the price matching from them but not… so for me it was a total delusion this website and I felt they don't value the customers”
“Purchased 3 dresses at very good prices. Shipped and arrived quickly. Was disappointed that the each dress was thrown into a plastic bag. Came out a wrinkled mess. One had a zipper that only opened half way. I complied with the requirement to provide photos. Paraphrasing the reply ... It's an easy fix go find a tailor and provide us with the estimate and we'll see what we can do. Really? You sell a dress that can't be worn and your reply is find someone to fix it and we might help? Another of the dresses had a failed seam at the bottom of the zipper and several large snags in the fabric. Yes the prices are reasonable and sometimes fantastic but you also might receive damaged goods. First and most likely last purchase from BHFO.”
“Ordered a coat it was fine, ordered 2 pair of boots, one pair they sent 2 left boots still waiting on my refund the other pair is too tight wanted to return them but wasnt able to get the return label from on line since it says this item has already been returned???? “I bought several shirts as gifts. The XL size was smaller than most retailers' size large so I had to return them. They charged me shipping for the return even though their product sizing was WAY off! My total cost for shipping both ways was nearly half the cost of the shirts. I spoke with their customer service rep who basically said that's too bad.”
