Phoned BHSF Customer service as still paying monthly premium but unable to access any of therapies, dentist, optician etc. Was informed that it was still possible to claim as people could still visit who they wanted as an emergency?! Really? The Health Cash Plan is basically there for regular treatments and therapies which have not been available during the lockdown. BHSF haven't even had the courtesy to send out an email to their customers re. Covid-19 which is completely unprofessional. Meanwhile customers are paying monthly premiums and not receiving any benefits at all and seems BHSF are taking advantage of the current situation.
