“Paid for a course of physio treatment and they're insisting I can't claim for cost until I complete all four sessions, leaving me massively out of pocket. Shameful.”
“I had taken out a policy for my self via staff from BHSF At my work place and I had a policy that I had taken out for my daughter many years ago which I asked to be cancelled. I only discovered some months ago that I was still paying for it. I contacted BHSF to stop the policy again and I stopped payments. I and my daughter keep calling the staff but they have not sorted it out. Very bad customer service.”
“Phoned BHSF Customer service as still paying monthly premium but unable to access any of therapies, dentist, optician etc. Was informed that it was still possible to claim as people could still visit who they wanted as an emergency?! Really? The Health Cash Plan is basically there for regular treatments and therapies which have not been available during the lockdown. BHSF haven't even had the courtesy to send out an email to their customers re. Covid-19 which is completely unprofessional. Meanwhile customers are paying monthly premiums and not receiving any benefits at all and seems BHSF are taking advantage of the current situation.”
“BHSF - POOR RESPONSE TO COVID - 19. 80% of the services on their Health Plan are not available at this challenging time as dentists, physio etc are all closed! i.e, the policy you are paying for is essentially redundant! their response 'you can still phone the GP'.... No deferral of period to claim. they take your money and run! really poor.”
