Online order hassles, terrible customer service cannot get a name right after being in contact for 2 days, or even attempt to help find a work around, gift card only has one option so you have to fit your order and shipping into the gift card or else tough luck, customer service put in ZERO effort to attempt to make an order that was 2.05 dollars over the gift card limit. Literally told us that it was "not feasible" to help. we tried to add another gift card to our balance and it was shipped to our house leaving us unable to make the purchase and now the suit is sold out. The final email correspondence was a 9 word email stating, 'it is not feasible to help you warm regards'. Was eventually able to make our purchase with some networking around friends and family but the idea of giving this company a dollar is a slap in the mouth. Several other reviews state poor quality of goods as well. overall useless company and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work in their stores.
