Order #BS396204 This is coming after a lot of struggle with their customer support, who just keeps asking for part number to replace.... I am not entirely sure why they think replacing the whole skewed front panel of shed that they sent is easy and can be managed by a DIY person. I consider myself quite handy at DIY stuff, and had help from 3 other friends to build this thing. Photos suggest the quality of build itself. I will go step by steps for other customers to know why not to chose this company and avoid their ploy of "please send part number, we will send replacement".... Panels - They do not line up when put together. Yes it is made of wooden parts, but alignment can be a lot better. Takes 3 people to hold them in place and one person to go around and screw them in place. Does not make sense for an decent price shed to be this poor quality on alignment. I have seen cheaper sheds lot square. Front panel is at least 5deg skewed and visible after assembly. by the time you find out, its too late to just remove everything and build it again with shimming it. They should note that billyoh panels are of poor quality and require lot of alignment and shimming instead of lying about its easy to build DIY job. Parts - - Screws and nails qty was like 10 of each, and I went through a box each of 50mm and 30mm screws, silver nails, felt nails, etc. They should just say buy your own fixings instead of claiming it is coming with all fixings and fittings. - Hasp and hinges not delivered in first go. sent separately. - When arrived, hasp is black without black screws, hinges are silver.... I mean is someone even paying attention to what they are doing? I complained to them about this, and they are stuck like a broken record on... "please send part number, we will send replacement".... well you know what a door hinge is, you very well know what a black door hinge is as claimed on item description.... why do I need to note the item number here? Instructions - - POOR. Confusing and lots to imagination required from user. I have made a full report to them after using instructions and noting them what the issues are, and they said "please send part number, we will send replacement".... Felt - sent in a roll, maybe donkeys old. When I started to open it, it was stuck like glued on one end and ended up tearing and wasting lots from one edge. Annoying AF. I have an ugly looking skewed shed because billyoh are doing a great job at their end to check what is being sent! When I contacted them about the poor quality of panels they have sent over which do not even line-up, their response is send up the list of parts that need to be replaced. I am not sure what they are trying to do here.
