Where do I start! Ordered my children’s Wendy house on 04/05/25, it was delivered 06/08/25. It was delivered with parts broken and missing. Practically impossible to figure out what was missing as some parts labelled with numbers, some with letters. However the parts list only states numbers. No explanation of how to assemble the base! According to the instructions the Wendy house should be 2.66m long but the base materials do not correlate with this length at all. The instructions are useless and no paper copy therefore extremely difficult to keep getting up on my phone and zooming in. After lots of emails and phone calls, we have just had the missing parts delivered and they are exactly the same as what we already have (instructions state the base is steel, it is wooden), again no sight of the decking flooring. My Dad is a carpenter and joiner with 50 years experience- even he doesn’t have a clue how to put this piece of **** together! Currently have a £600 Wendy house sat in bits in my garden and the summer holidays are now over. 2 very disappointed children and one furious Mum!

This is possibly the worst service I have ever received. When ordering my greenhouse I was given a delievry time of 5 weeks, final delivery was 10 weeks. Calls to customer service- totally hopeless, given 2 false revised delivery dates that failed. When the order was finally despatched I receievd notice telling me it could be tracked and that I would get a call with advance delivery notice. The greenhouse arrived with no notice AT ALL. Greenhouse construction is very poor and wafer thin - this is a totall useless supposed British manufacturer who should be ashamed of their product and service. Buy from this company at your peril !!.

3 month delay on delivery. When finally delivered poor very poor quality. Returned item and still waiting for a refund. 6 calls to customer service and we have still been denied our statutory right Of a refund. Promised call backs and nothing. When you call the say they have no account of any request. Terrible customer service and completely useless services. We did not even except the delivery of the shed it stayed on the delivery van. Just mind blowing how they have gone out their way to push us from pillar to post and not issuing our money back.

Order #BS396204 This is coming after a lot of struggle with their customer support, who just keeps asking for part number to replace.... I am not entirely sure why they think replacing the whole skewed front panel of shed that they sent is easy and can be managed by a DIY person. I consider myself quite handy at DIY stuff, and had help from 3 other friends to build this thing. Photos suggest the quality of build itself. I will go step by steps for other customers to know why not to chose this company and avoid their ploy of "please send part number, we will send replacement".... Panels - They do not line up when put together. Yes it is made of wooden parts, but alignment can be a lot better. Takes 3 people to hold them in place and one person to go around and screw them in place. Does not make sense for an decent price shed to be this poor quality on alignment. I have seen cheaper sheds lot square. Front panel is at least 5deg skewed and visible after assembly. by the time you find out, its too late to just remove everything and build it again with shimming it. They should note that billyoh panels are of poor quality and require lot of alignment and shimming instead of lying about its easy to build DIY job. Parts - - Screws and nails qty was like 10 of each, and I went through a box each of 50mm and 30mm screws, silver nails, felt nails, etc. They should just say buy your own fixings instead of claiming it is coming with all fixings and fittings. - Hasp and hinges not delivered in first go. sent separately. - When arrived, hasp is black without black screws, hinges are silver.... I mean is someone even paying attention to what they are doing? I complained to them about this, and they are stuck like a broken record on... "please send part number, we will send replacement".... well you know what a door hinge is, you very well know what a black door hinge is as claimed on item description.... why do I need to note the item number here? Instructions - - POOR. Confusing and lots to imagination required from user. I have made a full report to them after using instructions and noting them what the issues are, and they said "please send part number, we will send replacement".... Felt - sent in a roll, maybe donkeys old. When I started to open it, it was stuck like glued on one end and ended up tearing and wasting lots from one edge. Annoying AF. I have an ugly looking skewed shed because billyoh are doing a great job at their end to check what is being sent! When I contacted them about the poor quality of panels they have sent over which do not even line-up, their response is send up the list of parts that need to be replaced. I am not sure what they are trying to do here.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality, Delayed Delivery, and Terrible Customer Service I ordered a shed and a greenhouse from BillyOh on April 6th. I was told the shed would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks – it actually took 10 weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up, it was in awful condition: wood was split, parts were missing, panels were damaged, and staples were either hanging out or missing altogether. The quality was shockingly poor and in some areas, downright dangerous. I contacted BillyOh customer service and sent photos as evidence. Their response? That wood is a natural product and therefore liable to crack – completely ignoring the fact that this was beyond acceptable and clearly a quality control issue. As for the greenhouse, I was told to expect delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. It has now been nearly 16 weeks with no sign of delivery. I contacted them again to cancel the greenhouse order, but no one seems willing to take responsibility. I’ve been passed from department to department, with long wait times on the phone, only for the line to go dead once I finally get through. Then I have to start the whole frustrating process again. Customer service has been abysmal, and the entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. I do not recommend BillyOh to anyone – DO NOT USE. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

Terrible company, after deadline I called and found out that only half of playhouse is done and it can take another 2 months to finish, they could prioritise but that can't guarantee that it will be faster (make it make sense) representatives not helpful, hanging up the phone when they pleased.. DO NOT BUY.

Instructions are a joke. Roof truss is weak and a nightmare to put up. No video for large shed. 11mm master is flimsy. Wasn’t cut properly to size . A builder with 30 years experience and still toile me all day. Pile of 3/10

Delivery was booked for one day and I took the day off as the delivery window is 12 hours and cannot be narrowed down. At 5pm that day they let me know that it wouldn't be coming. Since then I have been trying for three weeks to get anyone to call, and I stress to call me about the issue of some kind of compensation. No luck, you just get standard fobbed-off replies from the "support" team. Really bad customer service from beginning to end.

Please use another company! Do not buy from here please. Me and my husband ordered the Tianna shed (spent over 1.5k approx.) given multiple delivery dates which are then cancelled and re scheduled, when you are expecting a 14ft shed its not something we can just leave outside while we are at work so days off have been booked and wasted. 10 weeks since ordered. Expecting the generic response to this, as all the negative ratings have. Just be aware if you order, there is no customer service and everything is handled by external companies so if there is a problem don't expect a resolution. Here's hoping when we actually do get our product (which is still online offering 10 working day delivery...) it will be of good quality... Anyway will update if we get anything positive from BillyOh UPDATE - Try to question the service on FB - get deleted

Please use another company! Do not buy from here please.
