Unless you have endless time money and patience DO NOT entertain dealing with this company. Worst online experience ever. Sent message to say package damaged and I had to re- order but they would take 14 days to refund. Online chat was rude and dismissive saying Evri needed me to update my address. Then message that parcel on its way, then delivered. Parcel contained cheap sandals from Sainsbury’s ! Another long discussion with them- have to return and thru will look into it before refunding!! They can see from the photo I sent that the sandals had been swapped. There is a thief in their depot or that of Evri NOT ONCE did they offer to send out the ones I ordered.
