Had double bunion surgery, and could only fit into my beat-up old Birkenstocks. So I went to their website to order 2 new pairs for an upcoming party. Paid for 2-day priority shipping. Delivery date came and went. Some days later, I was informed that the order was unfortunately cancelled. Because of their “security measures” whatever that means. Nothing wrong with the card I used, at all (I always pay it off in full each month). So I tried again, using a different card. Kept checking order status, which constantly said “processing”, and with a “contact us” symbol. Tried contacting them, but got a reply that their inbox was full. Again, delivery date came and went. Then some days later, I got the same message that the order was cancelled by them, due to security measures. The hold on my accounts for both purchases is still there, so now I’m eagerly awaiting that being lifted. I also called their office in Montreal, but -not sure if this is a QC thing - they were not able to help, or to take the order via phone. It seems they don’t want my money, nor sell me anything, so I will look for another manufacturer of comfortable shoes that I might be able to wear. This is the most dismal customer service ever.
