I have been purchasing broken sock sandals for 40 years the same model all the time. This year however the pair that I received seem different for some reason they did not form to my foot they were heavy and clunky and gave me blisters almost like walking with bricks on your feet that made your legs tired. I contacted them and because I have worn them they will do absolutely nothing about these $130 sandals. As everyone knows Birkenstocks have to form fit to your feet so they have to be worn they were only worn about a month and a half or two and they did absolutely nothing terrible company terrible customer service spend your money somewhere else.
