I have been a long time customer of birkenstock and have owned 3+ pairs - but after a recent experience, will no longer support this brand. The recent pair of Arizona's I purchased costed me $200 and lasted me a total of 3 months. I used their care products to clean/maintain my shoes, they were never exposed to poor weather conditions, and on top of this, I work from home (my shoes were barely used). After reaching out to customer service, they denied that there was a quality issue. It's a shame to see the quality of the brand, products and customer service decline. For me, these shoes are definitely no longer worth the cost for the value they bring.
