So disappointed. I have been a big fan of the brand but I followed their cleaning instructions which damaged my shoes. I even queried their instructions before cleaning as the sole of this shoe is different to regular Birkenstocks but they said it was fine. I contacted them in July for support and after chasing several times, in November, they claimed the shoes look fine (despite being a completely different colour and full of watermark) so cannot raise a complaint. When I said I will sadly have to resort to legal action as they are not taking me seriously, their agent Nicoleta simply said “please do”. So disappointed.
