I ordered a pair of Boston soft bed shoes through Softmoc. The quality of the shoes are awful.
What changed? The leather is flimsy and the shoes stretched. What happened to the quality of your product?
I will never purchase from Birkenstock again. I expected better quality for the process I paid.
