I ordered Christmas letterbox biscuits for four friends in early November requesting a delivery date of 21st December. On 21st and 22nd December I received 8 emails telling me that the gifts had been despatched with a delivery date of 21st December. Either Biscuiteers have mastered time travel or their IT systems can't recognise that sending out emails saying delivery would take place the previous day is unusual. As it was the biscuits arrived on 23rd and 24th December and were appreciated by the recipients so all's well that ends well. For a company who sells purely on line the systems and communication should be better.
