I am a huge fan of Biscuiteers and my mother was so impressed and delighted with her recent box of biscuits. She commented that the bag and box was stunning and the biscuits was so beautifully decorated. Her only negative was that both herself and my father found the biscuits hard. They are young 75yr olds and dont usually have a problem with their teeth! I have been lucky enough to be gifted the biscuits in the past and didnt find them too hard so I guess it was just unlucky and of course I can understand that the icing would set hard.
