Very disappointed. I struggled with the website which I found very confusing. The layout is so muddling. However, I did eventually manage to enter 4 addresses in my “address book” - or so I thought and ordered 4 separate presents for Easter delivery. However, one of my children received a double order, and another received nothing - not at all what I wanted. I rang and left several messages, finally spoke to a rather pleased-with-himself young man who said the error was entirely my own fault, and that they were too busy with “thousands of orders” to be able to help me with mine. No offer forthcoming to help sort it out, or send off another order, for which I would willingly have paid extra, nothing. I will NOT be using this overpriced, smug and unhelpful biscuit company again.
