Very happy with the biscuits and everything you do but sadly Royal Mail let you down. The biscuits were supposed to be delivered before last Saturday 24th or on the Saturday but I had an email from Royal Mail saying there was a problem and they were being redilivered. So my friend finally received her birthday delivery on the following Monday 26th, her birthday was Saturday 25th and I ordered in plenty of time. Royal Mail didn't explain what the problem was but I was saddened they arrived late. Not your fault at all but I thought you'd like to know. Kind Regards.
