Having used The Biscuiteers for several years and generally been very happy with their products and service this time we felt the biscuit ordered was not good value. The biscuit part itself tasted as if it had 'been around for a while' and the icing was well below the standard we have come to take for granted.
This was also the first time we felt it did not represent 'good value' and will assume it is a 'one-off'.
Service as usual was very good.
