I live abroad and I could not go back in Italy because of the pandemic, so I sent one personalized biscuit to my mother to make her smile.
The biscuit arrived even before the scheduled time, and my mother was delighted. She sent me a picture, the biscuit was very nice and the writing was very good. She didn't tell me about the taste… because she says it's too cute to eat it!
If you look at the product as 'a biscuit', clearly the price seems quite high, but I think it is fair for what they do - at least for the personalized products!
