I ordered the birthday box for my mother. It was supposed to be delivered to France for a specific day during Covid time which obviously slowed down the delivery time by 14 days. However, the team from Biscuiteers did everything they could. Richard was mostly helpful. He always replied quickly and always chased up FEDEX for whereabouts of the parcel. When nothing worked, he resent the parcel again to make it a special delivery for my mother. My mother received the parcel and was delighted to find out how cute and thoughtful it was. Will recommend it to everyone.
