So I ordered a bitcoin minor from them and in about a week, I got a UPS notification of shipment which I tracked up until it said delivered. But nothing was delivered, not even an envelope. How was that even possible. So I put a claim against UPS and Visa and did get reimbursed. But then a couple weeks after that, bitcoin merch sends me a message and says your order will ship shortly, and they apologize for the delay. Naturally, they quickly canceled the order after they realized I got my money back. How can you use UPS for a scam like this? I certainly don’t trust this company anymore.
