I ordered from Bits and Pieces and it was a rather unpleasant experience. The problems were similar to most of the other negative reviews. They take forever to ship and customer service is worthless. Also, don’t believe what the catalog says that they don’t charge till they ship. They did ship one item and immediately charged my card for the whole order, even though the rest of the order didn’t ship for weeks. By the time the items arrived, the event was over.
