I ordered multiple puzzles, got shorted four in box which had packing label showing items shipped in two boxes. I decided to call them as numbers didn't match, one box sent with missing puzzles. They said they would ship missing four, got three and then missing one showed out of stock. Called and was told refund check was issued. WHO DOES THAT???? Well two months later and still no check and keep getting told its coming. Finally contacted paypal and got immediate refund from them for missing item. Company then had the nerve to tell me to send check back to them... First it would have to arrive and then they would have to pay for return shipping... never a problem before this but way to much hassle for the amount of money involved. Felt ridiculous calling card company over this amount but it became a principle thin.
