I have purchased several orders from this company. However, this last order they decided to send me a bill in the mail to pay immediately. I ordered from a Canadian company on line in Canada to be shipped in Canada. They decided that the amount that I ordered online was incorrect and that should pay more. This is not a correct business model for any company. The price that you pay is what you pay and not more after the fact. I called Bits and Pieces in Canada to find out why I was billed. They could not find anything wrong with my current status. Then they hung up on me after they stated that they were writing a note to another department. I then checked the envelope of the extra charge and it came from the USA. My account online does not show an outstanding amount. They operator at Bits and Pieces Canada Ontario did not see an outstanding amount. But it appears that someone in the USA decided that I should pay more. I will not be giving my Credit Card number to anyone over the phone or any other way for items that I ordered online and paid for and also received.
