Disgusting, deceitful, shambles of a company. Item was supposed to be delivered on 30th November. Received a text to say driver unwell. Rescheduled for 4th December, received a message to say the item hadn’t been loaded on to the truck. Rescheduled for today and received an email to say the driver had a family emergency. The drivers seem to have a lot of bad luck don’t they 🤔. Does anyone know where the depot is as at this point I want to retrieve it myself. This is todays alleged excuse
