I left a review 4 days ago (13/12) saying that if I could give 0 stars I would. After further updates and contact with this company I wish i could give —1million stars. The worst delivery and Customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. My previous review said that my delivery did not arrive. I saw several updates on the tracking info at 2:50pm (before my 3-6pm slot) saying that the delivery was completed, then updated to say attempted. I spent most of the afternoon contacting customer service regarding this, mostly just getting ignored or told I will be called back. My tracking then updated to say items were set to be returned. I called back customer services who sent me to voicemail saying to call back Monday (this was before their closing time). I spent the weekend leaving reviews and comments on all outlets in order to get this resolved. I received a very poor response and only via LinkedIn. (????) Monday comes and I get an email confirmed for Tuesday, then this gets rearranged for Wednesday. Im frustrated at this point as I need to travel to visit my family for Christmas (not being difficult it’s just Christmas comes early for NHS workers!!) so I now have to push this back to wait for the delivery- which I let go. On Tuesday I get an email that delivery has been rearranged for Thursday. This was now getting unfair to mess with my whole life. I already took Fri, mon and tues off work to resolve this, delayed my trip and have been sleeping on the floor. I called customer service and they just keep lying and giving excuses. I spoke to a man who managed to ‘find a spot’ on the route for Wednesday 18/12. He confirmed he located the items in the warehouse, they were ‘ready to go’ and said he would personally watch over this to make sure it gets done. Later in the evening I get an email that the items are packed and ready and will be delivered between 7-10am today 18/12. At 8:30 the driver calls me. He confirms what floor I am on (2nd) he asks if I have a lift and says he will be here in… As I said ‘no lift’ he stops and said ‘wait.. no lift?’ I said correct, he said he will be here in 45 mins. 1 hour later I get a call from him that he is here but only has 1 box, the other half of the order is elsewhere?… it was very confusing to understand what was happening as at first he made it seem like there was another van with the other item. Then I thought he said he had 2 vans. It was finally confirmed he is in 1 van with only 1 part of the delivery. This was meant to be a 2 man delivery so I was trying to understand if he had someone with him or meeting him here who had the other half of the delivery. He just kept asking if I want the item or not. I told him to bring the item and I would call customer services to locate the rest of it. I have just spent hours on the phone to customer service. I have spoken to several people as I had to keep asking to be passed on due to how unhelpful everyone was. At some point the man I was talking to put another voice on to pretend to be someone else. I asked to speak to somebody else around 5-6 times but i believe I only spoke to 3 actual real people. Some of the ‘people’ I spoke to were rude, condescending and incredibly patronising. At some point I was told that they do not have a a manager. I pleaded for over 30 mins for my concern to be escalated which is when I spoke to ‘manager’ AJ who was very rude, patronising, constantly interrupting me, just kept saying the same things over and wouldn’t answer questions. He gave me a variety of excuses including; 1) item 1 was loaded and they thought it was the full delivery so didn’t load the rest. I questioned why 2/2 was delivered and not 1/2 if this was the case. Excuse changed 2) next excuse was that only one of the items were scanned in the warehouse. I said if it was confirmed they were scanned in, located and ready yesterday what happened in less than 12 hours? Excuse changed. 3) next excuse was that they are in separate warehouses!! Nope! confirmed yesterday they are together. New excuse. 4) they are now apparently in the same warehouse but separated! Still does not answer how this happened. They have now given the final excuse of ‘the item cannot be located, we cannot give a new delivery date until we have located the item’ low and behold they have now LOST half of my bed. They have told me they cannot confirm any new dates until they do a STOCK CHECK of all of the warehouses. Gobsmacked. They are doing nothing to resolve it, said they would call me back if they find it? (Will not be sitting by the phone expecting this call with their track record) they have not resolved my concern, have not attempted to escalate it, I don’t even think they care enough to locate it. Disgusting. No words. Will be contacting trading standards, my bank, dusk, CAB and making a police report for theft and/or fraud. Awful company. Not surprised if it’s a scam. Please avoid.
