The delivery team was not willing to place the items in the hallway. This was items for a two-man delivery and my wife was home alone. The delivery team insisted on a £10 charge to place it in the hallway. So they just left the items on the side walk. Trying to report this, it is impossible to get hold of them on the phone. Opening a chat on whatsapp, I wait 4 hours in the que to get assisted, and they closed the chat within a minute after acknowledging my message. Trying a second time to report this, I was just told to contact the retailer. No customer service form this company. Pity one can not choose your own courier service, the have monopoly.
