Worst experience. Ordered from BJs in Alexandria, VA. Ordered a freezer to be delivered today, March 20th between 5 and 8 pm. BJs outsourced and used Roadie for delivery. The delivery driver failed to pay attention to my delivery instructions. Instead of calling me upon arrival to meet him downstairs, he DRUG the WET freezer box up to throughout the apartment complex. Freezers are not supposed to be tipped on its size. To make it worse, the box was soaked due to the rain. Very unprofessional and will never order something from them again.
