Terrible communication. They made me confirm date of delivery twice online so I went and booked the day off work to be at home to receive the delivery. Once the day arrived, they told me they tried to deliver the items, to which they never did, at 7am in the morning even though my time slot was between 9am and 12pm? Further to speaking with four different people, they told me that the packages weren’t even loaded on the van and that the warehouse team had lost them? I kept being told that I’ll be contacted in the next 30 minutes to which I heard nothing from any of them. With each person I spoke to, their stories kept changing. Now, I’ve had to take a day off work to sit at home and wait for a delivery that never came and still don’t even know when they will next arrive. Terrible company! Do not use them!
