First of all my wife purchased the Juice for me and my new pipe. I asked for one that tasted like tobacco. Like a Dunhill. She found your company on a list as the number one company. So I placed an order for 1.2 Nicotine. Thinking that the original Juice she got with the pipe was a 3. Nicotine level. When I tried yours it was just too much. I wrote back asking what's wrong. Then I noticed that instead of 3. My original was only a .3. I asked for a lesser level or equal level. I was sent 3 additional bottles all wrong. I got a return label in just one day after asking to return the wrong ones. Last I was sent two bottles of the .3 but two different types. One like Dunhill and one like Pipe again I asked for return label and it was sent. My bill was adjusted and I have a fine juice to use as well as a fine and reputable company to continue using.
