Email confirmations of orders and shipments timely. Easy to get help anytime. Orders are handled with care and quickly. Products always arrive intact. Never damaged. The products are what makes me keep coming back for more. Flavors are great. Not too crazy about the fact that some flavors were dropped. Just so happened to be my faves too. But there are still a couple of flavors that I love still around. What's not to love about Blacknote? !!
