I purchased a 2 pack of blend jet from Costco. I was pleased with the way it worked once I got it figured out. It's really just for small job blending. It's not very powerful but okay to make smoothies. Then the recall came at the end of December 2023. In order for them to send new blenders I had to show proof of me destroying the ones I had. That was in the end of Dec. 23 and still as of 2/9/24 do not have the replacements. But the can supply the stores with the product for more sales but can't backup their recall and take care of existing customers. Good product when it worked but not a good company. So I would not recommend Blend Jet
