I submitted my request for 2 new bases for my Toy Story Blendjet and my Gold Blendjet due to the recall. This request was submitted on January 5, 2024. I received a glimmer base for the Toy Story Blendjet 2 in May. My son hates it because it doesn’t match and he says it’s girly. Six months later and I still haven’t received a replacement for my Gold Blendjet 2. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Blendjet has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I asked for a refund for both Blendjet 2 limited addition blenders or a new ones. I paid a total of $128 for what is nothing more than a toy mixer that requires pre chopped ice, doesnt charge well, doesn’t blend ingredients completely and blades that come off. This company is terrible and so is their product!!
