Recall on a part. BlendJet said to destroy the dangerous part, fill out a form, and a replacement would be sent. I have waited over 6 months, no replacement received. Inquiries sent to BlendJet, message back states they are a small company, can't get parts, etc., yet they are selling them at their online site! Unbelievable!
