Cut up the seal, sent photo and returned my base as requested in Feb 2024 but still waiting for a replacement! I cannot believe new ones are being sold when you are not honouring your previous customers! I really liked the product and wish I’d taken my chances on it catching fire and kept it! Being an eternal optimist and a fair person, I’m hoping to get a replacement soon.
